What data do we collect?
Waiver emails are saved and contain name and email information. We (Immersion Limited) use this data for checking against bookings and it is not shared with any third parties.
Waiver emails are stored in a separate email accounts and will be retained indefinitely. Waiver emails will be deleted upon request from the email account owner.
WooCommerce Integration
WooCommerce is the world’s most popular open-source eCommerce solution. On this site, WooCommerce provides the framework for adding products to your cart and subsequently paying for them. A necessary part of that process is the creation of a user account that can be used to view your recent orders, manage your billing address, and edit your password and account details.
When an order is created, we (Immersion Limited) have visibility of the following WooCommerce data:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing address
We (Immersion Limited) use this data for managing orders and it is not shared with any third parties.
In order to process payments, WooCommerce will pass data to the respective third party, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and your customer’s billing information. Appointment Hour Booking Integration
Appointment Hour Booking is a plugin used to create the form for accepting online bookings for the pool sessions.
- No user data is collected when a selection is made in the booking form
- When a booking is paid for, it creates and order in WooCommerce and this is linked to the booking. See above for the data we (Immersion Limited) has visibility of.
