Booking Terms & Conditions

I understand that swimming in a pool can be a hazardous activity and that there are inherent risks associated with this activity, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, and other injuries.
I acknowledge that I am using the pool at my own risk and that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being while using the pool.
I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Immersion Limited, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or expenses arising out of my use of the pool, including but not limited to claims for negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Sessions need to be paid for within 15 minutes of selecting the times. After 15 minutes the session times will be released and can be booked by someone else.
Sessions end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, you will have less time in the pool.
You may meet other swimmers who have booked the pool before or after you. There is a 5 minute buffer between sessions.

If you contact us at least 24 hours before your session to advise that you can’t attend, we will cancel your session and give you a coupon code to book another session at no cost.
If you contact us within 24 hours of your session to advise that you can’t attend, we will cancel your session and you will forfeit the cost. If we are able to book someone for the same session, we will give you a coupon code to apply to another session. The coupon code may be less than the cost of the cancelled session.

If you do not contact us to advise that you can’t attend your session, you will forfeit the cost.

In exceptional circumstances at our discretion, the cost of sessions that can’t be attended will be refunded. You need to contact us at least 24 hours before the session.
