You need to complete this form to swim unsupervised in the pool. Once you select ‘Confirm’, you will receive an email with the waiver text. Immersion Limited will retain a copy of the email.

I acknowledge that I have completed my induction and have been granted permission to use the Immersion Limited indoor pool located at 19 Snodgrass Road, Whakamarama on an unsupervised basis. I understand that this means that I will be responsible for my own safety and well-being while using the pool and that Immersion Limited will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or other harm that may occur as a result of my use of the pool.

I understand that swimming in a pool can be a hazardous activity and that there are inherent risks associated with this activity, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, and other injuries. I acknowledge that I am using the pool at my own risk and that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being while using the pool.

I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Immersion Limited, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or expenses arising out of my use of the pool, including but not limited to claims for negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release, that I have had the opportunity to ask any questions that I may have had, and that I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
