The pool is open from 6am to 9pm daily.

The fastest speed is 1:11 min/100m. The slowest speed is 4:02 min/100m.

The fastest speed is 6.68km/hr. The slowest speed is 0.73km/hr.

Resistance can be increased by using the swim current with the treadmill.

There are 3 options:

  1. use the remote controls (one each for the swim current and treadmill)
  2. use the Fit@Home app to manually control the swim current/treadmill
  3. use the Fit@Home app to automatically control the swim current/treadmill by creating workouts

The Fit@Home app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Screenshots are from an iPhone; Android instructions are similar.

  • Search for ‘Fit@Home’ in the App Store and install. If this doesn’t return the app, try ‘Endless Pools Fit@Home’

  • Open the app to see the Welcome screen. Select ‘Next’

  • Select ‘Setup Now’ on the next screen

  • If you haven’t already, connect to the ‘Immersion’ WiFi network

  • Select ‘Swim Current & Treadmill’

  • Using the arrows, set the Swim Current model to ‘Performance’

  • Using the arrows, set the Display Units to ‘Meters/Kilometers’

  • Select ‘Finish’

  • From the tabs at the bottom of the screen or the Home screen, select ‘Settings’ then ‘Tread Model’

  • Using the +/- buttons, set the Treadmill Controller to ’50CC Treadmill’

Installation and setup is now complete

Workouts are better than manual control because:

  1. you don’t need to stop exercising/training to adjust the speed (great for interval training)
  2. the swim current and treadmill get to the desired speeds much quicker than using the manual control
  3. workouts can have longer duration than the manual control timeout (30 minutes)

Workouts allow you to control both the swim current and treadmill from the app.

  • Select ‘Workouts’ from the Home screen

  • Select the ‘+’ button to create a new workout

  • Give the workout a name. Toggle the units to ‘Metric’ – this can’t be changes once the workout has been created

  • From the list of workouts, select ‘Edit’

  • Activity: tap the icon to toggle between Swim, Treadmill and Pause
  • Pace/Duration/Distance: tap to show up and down chevrons to adjust. Duration will automatically adjust Distance and vice versa
  • Resistance: is only available if activity is set to Treadmill and controls the swim current while running

  • Select the ‘+’ button to add another entry in the workout. The last activity will be copied to a new row
  • Select the ‘Reorder’ button to reorganise the entries in the workout. Select the button again to exit this mode
